Installing Via WEb PI

We are trying to install silverstripe via the web platform installer on server 2003.
It seems to be successful and sets php up with fast cgi etc.

But then when we browse to localhost it just says the page cannot be found.

Any ideas?

Can you confirm that the SilverStripe files are in your webroot?
