I have installed ss using WAMP on WindowsXP.

After pointing my browser to http://localhost/SilverStripe/ I see the initial ss welcome screen.

However, when I attempt to open CMS (even after placing "Security::setDefaultAdmin('hope', 'temp');" in mysite/_config.php, I still get the error:
