Unexpected error in STABLE (!!!) version 2.3.2

Error page appers after successfuly installation SilverStripe...
I've intalled CMS, automatically deleted installation files and then go went to the login form -> enter admin e-mail and pasw and... get an error page, which I've saved and attached to this letter.
CMS was installed on clear BD and cookies in browser were cleaned up before installation...
I'd like to know, what the fuck now?
This version was declared as stable...Attached Files
