Multi-language installation setup

Hi, ive just started to playing around with SilverStripe and so far everything looks very promising. So now when i have my basic site set, i would like to add multilanguage support for it. I looked through the documentation, but couldn't find any guide how to do this.
Just found an release article multi-language support is back in v.2.3.2. Can you guys lead the way to accomplish this ? -

You can find this in the forums:
in mysite\_config.php add:
Translatable::enable();
Its is still a bit buggy and seems not to work with seperated template layouts in combinatiion of language files. Also it seems to have some weird behaviour in the admin section.
Search the forums, you will find more info....
