Admin Area UNAVAILABLE under WS2003, IIS6

It seems a number of us are struggling to get Silverstripe running on shared webspace under Windows Server 2003 & IIS6 using a third party component, Helicon ISAPI Rewrite V3, to facilitate URL re-writing.

Whilst we've managed to get the frontpage links, on the default install website, working, thanks to information posted on third party blogs etc. (eg. CubikSoundz Blog) access to Login and Admin area remains UNAVAILABLE?

Given the amount of assistance the Silverstripe development team have apparently received from Microsoft (see... Mauricio Freitas Blog) Is it not reasonable to expect this issue is resolved quickly by the dev team and the necessary details posted here, published as part of the Install help and Installation routine fixed to accommodate WS2003, IIS6 and Helicon Rewrite V3 fairly sharpish!
