Re-installing silverstripe

Hey
My server recently went down and i'm trying to get the silverstripe installation i had on it up and running again.
I have the raw mysql data which i have re-installed in the mysql database
I also have all the raw silverstripe data-files which i have tried to copy into the "inetpub" directory of my server..
but this is what i get:
http://slagslunde-musikfestival.dk/Nothing - not even a 404 doc
I can do a fresh installation but can i then just overwrite the database with my backupped one? Then ill be missing some files in the files directory i think?
Help anyone?

Hello,
you have the database rebuild ? can you rebuild with url http://slagslunde-musikfestival.dk/db/build i see also a error 404 i think you are have the data (files) not in the right directory???!!! please control!
