Didn't see the content to edit pages in CMS

My host provider used the default installation method to install the SilverStripe for me. Everything looks fine but I couldn't see the contents to edit pages from CMS.
Referring to the tutorial http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=tutorial:1-building-a-basic-site, I can see everything but not the session 3 at all!
Does anyone know how to fix it?

What do you see in that space on the screen?
Does it make any difference if you click on different pages in the left-hand list of pages?
What browser are you using?
Sorry to ask so many questions, but hopefully, this will be something simple.

My host provider said that there was some corruption during the installation. They re-installed the SilverStripe for me and now everything is working fine.
