Need a Freelancer

Hi,
I have a website template and a few things I would like to do with the website in terms of content and different areas (eg. user uploadable photos etc..) and need someone who would be
a) able to make a html website template compatible in silverlight
b) set up the cms so it can do what i want to be done.I have a budget in mind but if anyone is interested in helping me on this project please contact me jaeg3rl@gmail.com or add me to msn jagggy@hotmail.com
