Migrating to Silverstripe?

I am trying to migrate this website into a Silverstripe website.
http://www.bergmanproduction.se/So far i got this:
http://bergmanproduction.forweb.seAs you see on the original website i want a new image in the background on each page.
Also i can't get the menu to show on everypage? If you go to http://bergmanproduction.forweb.se/kontakt you'll see a little of the menu?
Also i cant get the "Published Site" sign to dissapear?Any suggestions that can point me in the right direction?

Remove the $SilverStripeNavigator from your Page.ss file. Don't worry it only shows when your logged in. It just provides a way of reminding the user what they are doing.
