FYI, I've added some documentation to the module and published it on silverstripe.org/modules:

http://open.silverstripe.com/browser/modules/staticimporter/trunk/README.mdThe README re-uses some of Jeremy's comments, but needs more work to structure and tighten it up.

JeremyW, I have been meaning to log in for some time and thank you for your post. I did see your post, shortly after you made it. I was grateful for you going to all of that work. I hope that you will be doing the wiki and I hope that this plugin will advance much more. It is an amazing project. Thank you!!

So...How is done importing? Have you had any improvements?
