SilverStripe 2.4.0-rc1

We have a new release of SilverStripe available: 2.4.0-rc1
We'd appreciate everyone's help testing it, so that we can make a stable release as soon as possible.
Please note that there have been some changes in this rc over the beta so if you're upgrading review the upgrading docs http://doc.silverstripe.org/doku.php?id=upgrading:2.4.0.
