Changed license on userhelp.ss.org to "Attribution"

Hello everybody,
After talking to community members who wanted to use our user documentation as a base for client specific version,
we decided to loosen the license on this content. It used to be "CC Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 Unported", now its "CC Attribution 3.0 New Zealand License". In short, this means that you can alter content and use it in a commercial context, as long as you visibly attribute us as the original source.Thanks!
