What is OpenID?
OpenID is an Internet-wide identity system that allows you to sign in to many websites with a single account.
With OpenID, your ID becomes a URL (e.g. http://username.myopenid.com/). You can get a free OpenID for example from myopenid.com.

2.3.2 RC2 - Translations - I don't get it

Hi all,
I'm just testing the RC2 to see the new Translations system in action, and I'm afraid that I can't see how it's supposed to work.
How do we add new versions of pages in different languages exactly? How do we change languages manually?
Where exactly do we find info on how to use this system?
