Same here , bought @ amazon.de ; no delivery estimate yet....
Will write a review, of course .... Buying and reading the book is the least I can do .... ;)

I have ordered a copy of the book from amazon(.ca). My delivery date is set for Nov17-20. Would be nice if the book was available as a download!

chinaski, thanks for ordering our book. If you would like it sooner, you could consider getting it through amazon.com. You'd likely have already finished the book by now! We've ordered books from Amazon.com and they've arrived to New Zealand a week ago ...

Got a 'revised delivery date' mail from Amazon. Now I have to wait another week to get my book! Probably because of the UK postal strikes. As there are more strike dates announced for this week... I may have to wait even longer.

I'm not sure if they ship outside of North America, but sears.com now sells books and they are listing the SilverStripe book as available/usually ships within 24 hours.
