Some people "try" to "help" and others actually help! :-) I found willr's responses truly helpful! :-)

I follow development of silverstripe time by time by looking into the roadmap http://open.silverstripe.org/roadmap. If so many bugs and features are fixed and added, why the roadmap are looking the same for like a few months?

I keep looking for a new release candidate, the alpha of 2.4. Where is it, please? I want to work from official (alpha/beta/stable) release to official (alpha/beta/stable) release. Please.

Have been playing with the 2.4 alpha for a bit and the basic stuff works like a treat.
Love the nested urls implementation. When you make a link in Tiny and then change the url of the linked page... it still works!

The 'roles' thing sure looks interesting. A bit more flexible permissions. It gives me errors in other languages than English, so the translations need a good polishing. A few arguments more or less, here and there. Saw that too with other bits and bobs around the alpha, so better to stick with English at the moment.

Next is testing the translatable and UncleCheese's DataObjectManager.

I guess what I want to say is... I'm quite excited about the coming version and good job to the Silverstripe people and all who help.

@Taffy - No, my friend. It's a case of the squeaky wheel gets the grease! :-)
