Our experience covers projects where we turn business objectives and user needs into websites that work well and have a strong focus on usability (and often eGovernment compliance). DNA is often involved from the first conversations around what is required and in discussions with users about their needs, through to visual design and to the build of the HTML, CSS and Content Management Systems. When the sites are live, DNA can provide insight in the sites' behaviour and performance by being proactive in site and user analysis and in capturing user feedback.

Intranet, extranets & portals

Based on our experience and the amount of work we have been doing lately with intranets, extranets and portals, DNA is becoming the market's expert in this field. Our approach centres on translating user needs into workable solutions and delivering this through interfaces that have been proven to work well in several major usability studies. We have worked on projects with partners such as Solnet, Datacom and Gen-i where we provided strategy, design and HTML/CSS solutions to the client while these IT companies integrate our designs in the backend.

Web Applications

We see this as websites where user interaction and integration with other systems are critical. DNA's experience in this field is extensive and growing rapidly due to high demand of these services with government and large companies who have complex IT systems which need to be enabled using a web interface. Web applications we have completed include interfaces for interactive touch screens to business critical service delivery and financial applications.

Interactives

We have strong capabilities in online advertising and customer engagement and education solution - be they games, ads, demo's, motion media and animations using Flash and other interactive tools. We have been creating interactive media for nearly 10 years and our work is seen as creative, innovative and effective - as well as applying the best practices used in the industry. Our case studies include online games, demo's and tolls and calculators as part of landing experiences. We have also developed many kiosk and touch screen applications.
