how to get 100% (full) page view on my site ?

hi,
My site Powered by SilverStripe-v2.3.4.
My Site is currently used in The default SilverStripe theme. (BlackCandy) http://silverstripe.org/blackcandy/
This theme is currently included in a background format, my web page looks very narrow and small on this background format (because it is display small) Please check the picture below http://i47.tinypic.com/axxhxk.jpg
I want to remove this background format ! remove this background style, I want to my website became to 100% width。100% display.
I don't know how to edit the layout.css file.
Please check the css file below.
