Footer Wont Update

So I made some simple HTML changes to my footer and saved the file and it just wont update.
I made similar changes to the Page.ss file and they worked just fine. Is there something I'm missing because it's an Includes document?

That should be fine, an include will work just the same as code within your page.ss
Have you made sure to flush the cache by adding ?flush=1 to the end of your url?

For now, I just commented out <!--<% include Footer %>--> in Page.ss and added my footer in its place.
