Installing Right Sidebar - How To?

Hi,
I just uploaded the highway template and am wanting to include a right sidebar. Can anyone tell me how to do this? The sidebar was in the thumbnail from where I downloaded, but when I integrated it, there isn't any.
First time I've used silverstripe and my website hasn't been touched since I installed the CMS.
Any help would be great.

did you upload 4folders (highway,highway_blog,highway_ecommerce,highway_forum)
to themes (blackcandy,blackcandy_blog,tutorial,....)webroot/Mysite/_config.php at line
SSViewer::set_theme('highway');then
Try to see your site (some error with, but no ploblem)

I had a look on the Highway template. There is a right sidebar but the content is hard coded. So no really sense to use that... at least for sidebar function.
