alternative themes

Hello!
SilverStripe theme choice provided on this site is nice but anyway lives a space to search alternatives. I tried to find some references in the forum, searched in google, etc. but ended up being confused by inability to find themes outside of SilverStripe.org. In fact, I found plenty of themes and tries some from widely promoted theme stocks but realized that these are not compatible.
I would appreciate very much if somebody could advise a good place to find free SilverStripe themes or what would be a type or other parameters of a theme to be sure that it will work with SilverStripe?

You can try here - http://themes.silverstriped.com/
or look for a free HTML Template site and convert.
