Can't flush templates

Whenever I try to call ?flush=all it asks me to log-in as an administrator so I can flush templates. After I log-in, it redirects me to the same page and asks me to log-in again. This goes over and over and over again.
Even if I have already logged in the CMS, I still can't flush the templates. It asks me to log-in again and again.
Has anybody experienced this problem as well? Thanks

Make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser.

I'm having this problem as well, any chance for a solution?
(I have my cookies enabled always)
