Products Menu on all pages

Guys,
I am trying to create a home page which has one of the submenu ( Products submenu) to appear on all pages in the left column vertically and main navigation on top horizontally and the level 2 menu to appear on the right column
Menu structure is like this
about us, ( History, Team, Awards)
services, ( Service1, Service2)
products, ( Product1,Product2,Product3,Product4,Product5)
request info,
contactI would appreciate if you can please let me know how to achieve this or may be a template..Thanks in advance

You can build that products menu using <% control ChildrenOf(products) %>. ChildrenOf returns a list of children under a given url (this case products)
