On site in adminchasti I do not see a page template.

I made a page template. Put in a folder Site \ themes \ mysite \ templates \ Layout
On site in adminchasti I do not see a page template.

Did you create the TendersPage.php and TendersHolder.php page files as well? Because it is the php pagefile that makes the pagetype appear in the dropdown, after a /dev/build/?flush=1. Not the template...
