Switch between the installed themes on a site by a single mouseclick in the admin.
When you click a theme in the list, the theme of your site will change for staging mode.
You can preview the new look in the same view in the admin.
When you click the Save and Publish button it will change the theme on your site in live mode.

When you click the Save and Publish button below it will change the theme
on your site in live mode.
Note also that you can not click around on the staging site since all links
will take you to the published version of the site.

The theme is being set in static context in the module's _config.php file. This
is run after the site/_config.php has been run. This means that a setting
on site level will be overridden by the themeadmin if a specific theme is set
from the admin. If the admin has not yet been set by the admin the site config
will be used as default setting. If no theme setting is done on site level
default theme will be blackcandy.
