How to upgrade from Silverstripe 2.3 RC2 to RC4

I would just like to know how to upgrade from RC2 to RC4 of SilverStripe. I didnt install this and I was given the task to upgrade it. Please guys, I need some help.

Why upgrade to another release candidate ? Just upgrade to the final version. ;)
Upgrading is just a matter of
1> deleting the cms , jsparty and sapphire directories ...
2> replace them with the new ones from the silverstripe archive
3> run a dev/build to rebuild the datamodel -
