Upgrade to 2.2.4 - IE7 Issue in admin panel

I've ugraded to version 2.2.4 and all seemed good until I logged into the admin section and discovered that IE 7 doesn't display the main, admin page properly.
The 'Site OCntent and Structure' box is completely collapsed hiding the entire left menu and most of tinymce's body (main content).
I followed the upgrade instructions to the letter.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Does anyone know how to fix it?

I ve got the same problems with userforms.
It s juste a problem with the css, you can customize it ;)

Thanks for the quick response.
Shouldn't the admin system display properly with no tweaking to the CSS?
This isn't a custom page, it's the main admin section and should be tested to work within IE 7, shouldn't it?
It's interesting to note, when I click the 'Site Content and Structure' (to open and close the sitetree), nothing happens??
After replacing all relavant folders and not tweaking anything it's odd theirs such display issues?

I get a similar problem with 2.2.4 and Firefox 3. Only happens when I enable 'translatable' and switch languages
