Can't login into CMS after upgrading

Hi
I'm trying to migrate website made in SS, from version 2.2.1 to 2.3.0 From beginning i've got some problems. I think, I can handle them, beside one .
When i'm trying to get access to CMS, after login attempt, I'm still on website page, and URL change into something like this:
http://mysite.com/Security/login?BackURL=/admin#MemberLoginForm_LoginForm_tab
Is this something wrong with controller?

have you installed it in to a subdomain ?
also, check your errorlogs to see what files it can not find.
