Page Content widget not displaying in admin panel

Hi all
I've just installed Peter Anselmo's Page Content widget, hoping to display it on my home page.
It seems to have installed with no error, and I've enabled widgets on the home page, but it doesn't show in the widgets panel.Since this was my first widget-installing attempt, I also installed the HTML Content widget which works fine, displays in the admin panel and on the rendered page.
I'm using SS v2.3.6 and the widget is v1.0.0
Any ideas?
