The last SilverStripe meetup of 2016 took place in Wellington, New Zealand. This Christmas edition event was well attended by nearly 40 SilverStripers. It was a perfect opportunity for the open source community to catch up with each other and chat about all things SilverStripe and beyond – before the Christmas madness begins.
SilverStripe Solution Architect, Ingo Schommer, delivered a talk titled ‘What’s new in SilverStripe 4?’. This was a good overview of SilverStripe 4 features and the technologies behind this new CMS/Framework – the focus of our work this year. Ingo outlined our plans for the releases of beta and stable versions for SilverStripe 4. The presentation also gives you some of the modules that we will be focusing on in the upcoming year.
