Userfoms: Member List Field as Email Recipient

hi
I install last UserForms [v0.4.0]
and on "Email Recipient" tab in field "Send Email To.. or Select a Field to use as the To Address" I wont set my "Member List Field" value (to send message selected user)
But in this select box I can select only "Email Field"

now I use a simple SELECT box with the specified email (http://split.lviv.ua/write-us), but it's not very good (my email address spam bots see)
It would be nice send a message to choose only the user id, and the script has to take the value of e-mail from a database
