Hi family,

Just hit a glitch with the SimpleWiki module.

When editing a page from the front end, I'm able to enter text in the HTML (TinyMCE) editor but as soon as I hit Save (or Finished), any changes or additions I've made disappear.

If I switch to any of the other editing modes, everything works fine. I can add more text, etc and save it and all looks great.

Look forward to being inundated with easy solutions!

Cheers,

Dave

Really keen to make some traction with this Wiki HTML (TinyMCE) issue. Can anyone help?

Have finally made some headway with this issue!

Traced the cause of the problem to the site search: When FulltextSearchable::enable(); is added to my config file, the HTML editor in SimpleWiki stops saving changes. Remove this line and SimpleWiki works as it should.

I've found mention of a similar problem affecting the Flickr module in this post, which seems to suggest there is an issue with conflicting javascript files. I have not been able to implement similar changes in the SimpleWiki code with any positive results.

Anyone else make sense of this?
