The latest websites I delivered with SS 2.4.7 won't open http://www.mysite.com/sitemap.xml. The /site-map link works perfectly.
It's not just 1 website, but the latest 3 doesn't parse the sitemap.xml as a xml-page (it gives a 404 page not found error)
Is there a solution for this problem?
Do you have the google sitemaps module installed?
I've installed the "Site Map Module" (http://www.silverstripe.org/site-map-module-module/)
Well that module gives you a site map page in the cms. If you want a sitemap.xml then you need the google sitemap module - http://www.silverstripe.org/google-sitemaps-module/
Hi folks,
I'm having this issue with a currently launched site also.
The google-sitemaps-module says it is no longer available on the SilverStripe.org site. Has this module been pulled from the site or is this just a reference error.

Hello, I am also experiencing problems with google xml sitemaps.
I get this error:
Unsafe attempt to load URL http://blog.****.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/sitemap.xsl from frame with URL http://www.****.co.uk/sitemap.xml. Domains, protocols and ports must match.
In silverstripe I am using a wordpress blog with the correspondent xml googlesitemap plugin, and then the googlesitemap module for silverstripe.
Does that conflict ?? since I am using two sitemap modules ??
