I gotta say this first - I'm new to web developing in general, not just silverstripe.

I've been trying to install various modules to silverstripe using composer (for various reasons, one being me comfortable with command line, as debian user).

Silverstripe sure is powerful (if you can get these modules to work the way you want them to), but one thing I haven't figured out how to do is set up a "login with facebook/twitter/g+" thing. I found among composer's packages one called "social media", but it doesn't seem to do anything?

I couldn't find much of anything else among composer's packages that does that - did I miss something?

I recommend the twitter, facebook, linkedin and google modules from PocketRent - http://svn.rentbox.co.nz/public/

Not sure if they're on packagist.

Despite struggling with these and what I found on packagist (which seem to be the same), I have not been able to get this to work, despite repeated attempts to follow the instructions in the readme to the letter.

What could I be doing wrong?
