cwsoft foldergallery not publishing (solved)

This photo gallery is working well - when it is visible!

In the CMS it fails to publish - the button stays green and the version as draft. In spite of this it does appear in the menu sometimes (eg. last night it was there, this morning it has gone. I have deleted the page and recreated it with the same problem.

I'm working on localhost with SS3.1 and the latest version of the gallery. PHP 5.4.3.

Have tried dev/build, flush=all and removing the cache in Windows/Temp.

Any suggestions very welcome!

Success! Publishing the site to the web host solved the problem. It now publishes normally and shows on the website.
