You will find that there are still quite a lot of these kind of little UI issues to be solved. Some of which are pretty hard to explain to a user / webmaster.

Please submit this to TRAC. It's a very annoying bug (_very_ visible to users).

I think your method disables the including of flash files later on...
I don't know why the same routine is used for flash and images but deleting the title tag in line 44 in cms/javascript/tinymce.template.js sets the path of flash files to "undefined"

I am still getting the same issue - Full of ="null"s! No good for validation.

Any update on this please?

This is fixed in SS 2.3 which uses the latest version of tinymce.
