Hi,
I'm not tech savvy, so please forgive me for sounding like an amateur.
got the following error when I try to install.
"
Parse error: parse error in /home/httpd/vhosts/dreamsatwork.com/httpdocs/install.php on line 536"
Do I need to install the database first?
Is there any setting I need to do after transferring the files to the webserver?
The database creation is automatic, and I really don't know why the parse error happened.
Try to download SS again and put that on webserver. If error repeats come back.
I didn't put SS on production server yet, so can't tell more than that.
Tried the reinstallation.
Still the same error..
Did I miss out anything? All i did was unzip the downloaded file and upload the whole load to the webserver.
You should explain your setup.
Did "check requirements" clear out ? Or you have problems.
It is a good idea to describe your environ;
like
PHP5/mysql4.1.5/apache2 etc
