Problem with Decayed theme

Hi, i new member and english isn't my original language, sorry for this item. the problem is whit decayed theme (i've install silver stripe last version and widgets "blog" and "counter" only), all ok but not the login url page... i can't see the login form and is impossible enter to the administration page.

What could i do?
