2.2.2-rc2 Error message immediately after installation

Hi. I have installed 2.2.2-rc2 (to get around the mod_rewrite problem). I have now successfully installed Silverstripe but am now getting the following message instead of the CMS page or instead of the admin pages.

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/woodland/public_html/mysite/_config.php:19) in /home/woodland/public_html/sapphire/core/Debug.php on line 151

Any help is appreciated.
