How to can enable the german language file i have set in the _config.php

i18n::set_locale('de_DE');

or must i set in the /lang/de_DE.php

here change the
i18n::include_locale_file('modules: ecommerce', 'en_US');
to i18n::include_locale_file('modules: ecommerce', 'de_DE');
