theme "Pixelgreen"

hi,
I saw several themes and I like me very much: "Pixelgreen" by Wojtek but, also I like me: "Windows Vista Theme" by Ryan.

I want to join the theme "Pixelgreen" and the menu (div go = "Navigation") , and (<div class = "sidebarBox">)of the theme "Windows Vista Theme", Is this possible?..

Already install the theme "Pixelgreen".
I hope that they help me.
