when i install silver Strip on my host, i have received a Error:
mod_rewrite doesn't appear to be working. Make sure:
* mod_rewrite is enabled in your httpd.conf
* AllowOverride is enabled for the current path.

Sounds to me like the SilverStripe config doesn't have the required permissions it needs to complete the setup. Time to read up on setting your folder properties (sorry my counter-part set this bit up for me so my knownledge stops there)
