CSS for admin login page?

The styles for the admin login page are different for the openID login object. Where is the CSS for the openID login object? I'm calling it the openID login object, but I am referring to the general login box on the admin page. I also have the $LoginForm in the template and the admin login page CSS affects the $LoginForm but not on other pages.

Basically I need help styling the $LoginForm and separate it from the CSS affecting the admin login page.
