I wonder if it would be worth including these by default.

Anyone have thoughts on this?

I would say this is a good idea to include by default. If you wanted a customised one, you can place it in your project's templates directory instead.

This bug seems to have re-appeared again - unless I'm doing something very wrong..

I'm using SS 2.2.2 downloaded 16/07/08 and setting up my newsletter subscribe page - I'm getting the Subscribe to lists/New Newsletter Type checkbox appearing on the user form even though I have 'All Newsletters' checked rather than 'Specific' in Admin.

Using the three ))); patch in SubscribeForm.php from Elijah's post breaks the CMS completely

Can anyone shed some light on this please?
