Silverstripe version 2.2.3 installation - Fatal error

Just downloaded the SilverStripe version 2.2.3 and ran the online new install. After the on screen message "Building database schema..." it keeps getting the error.....

Fatal error: Class 'Form' not found in /......./sapphire/security/Member.php on line 1054.

(where /......./ is the absolute path of the location on the web server)

Tried running the install.php from both Firefox and IE with same Fatal Error.

Cannot continue installation. Any solutions available?

Note: Installation of 2.2.2 was flawless!!
