problem during installation

Hi!
I try to install silverstripe in my pc. I run php, apache and mysqlbut I have this error:

mod_rewrite doesn't appear to be working. Make sure:

* mod_rewrite is enabled in your httpd.conf
* AllowOverride is enabled for the current path.

mod_rewrite is ok in httpd.conf.
How can I control AllowOverride?

try just forcing the installation, I get that error every time i install but it still works.

There should be a link underneath that says continue anyway.
