The CMS may throw a javascript error that will prevent TinyMCE from loading in some browsers (IE6 XP).

Cause: in /cms/javascript/tinymce.template.js lines 43 and 44: valid_elements and extended_valid_elements have been commented out, so the comma in line 42 should be removed.
