Has anyone had problems with Godaddy hosting your site this week? Two of my sites returned errors this week after they announced that Godaddy would added 5.2.5 to the Linux hosting. I didn't change anything and today it gives:

Warning: $project isn't set in /home/content/m/s/p/mspass/html/CHOOSENEWSTV/sapphire/core/ManifestBuilder.php on line 144

Fatal error: Class 'DB' not found in /home/content/m/s/p/mspass/html/CHOOSENEWSTV/sapphire/core/ManifestBuilder.php on line 175
Internal Server Error

I tried to reinstall and still receive the same error.

Sorry about the above link. I decided to close that site due to other commitments. However, because I am now getting hundreds of 404's for that url each week, I have reposted the tutorial here:

It looks like godaddys one click installer doesnt create a _config.php in mysite/ which is needed.

It at least needs to have mysite/_config.php which defines $project etc - http://pastie.org/215282

There is a tutorial for installing on GoDaddy here: http://www.coupleofcents.com/installing-silverstripe-cms-on-godaddy

I've linked to it from this page for future reference: http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=installation-on-webserver
