The Blog Module is great!!!
I´m already trying it

How can I set a user to have only permissions to post in the blog without having access to the Silverstripe administration?

You could probably achieve this using permission codes. Perhaps a new security group called 'Blog posters' is the way to go? Then, all users in this group are able to post, they don't have to be administrators.
