Hi there,
Fairly new to SilverStripe 2.4.1 and have been trying REALLY hard to work out but have had no success.

I want to add the addthis toolbox to my blog posts. Have been trying to paste the code in but nothing appears.
Am I missing something?? Can somebody please give me some advice on how to make this happen!

Also I have no idea what dev/run means?

Thank you.
A.

/dev/run? I think you mean /dev/build (or /dev/tasks/run perhaps). /dev/build rebuilds your database structure so you need to call it whenever you alter your data schema. Tutorial 1 covers more information about /dev/build.

As for adding addthis tool I think it'll be more practical to alter the template files than insert that code for every single blog post. See my previous post (http://www.silverstripe.org/blog-module-forum/show/12520#post296107) for information on how to add things to blog templates.

You can also checkout the sharethis module which uses similar functionality as addthis so you can copy how that works http://silverstripe.org/share-this-module
