I'm using the blog module as my homepage and I want to utilize the content area that is by default in the blog holder page.

However unlike every other page on the site, including $Content within the template doesn't work, the content isn't displayed.

I'm sure this is an issue that someone else has encountered before. I'm hoping someone could help me figure out what it is I'm doing wrong?

All good now.

The issue was that I was placing $Content within BlogHolder.ss in the blog folder rather than the BlogHolder.ss file that is found within the templates folder rather than the theme folder.
